Commands:

  install     install new versions or switch.
  uninstall   uninstall local version of Terraform
  list        list online or offline version of terraform
  test        test provider cloud (AWS)

New commands

Test connection GCP added, AWS test modified
Require S3 and Google Storage rights : creation and deletion buckets.

In future releases, I will add new commands for AWS and GCP.

Refactoring, fix bugs, add unit tests ...
Adding a Makefile to build the command.
