Added some features that enable this command line tool to generate scripts to set passwords. In particular, the following commands have been added:

-credentials: shows the list of ports that have set a credential with the corresponding username
-generatescript: generate a script file that can be used to set passwords
-generatemapping: generates a file that, appropriately configured with user passwords, can be passed as a parameter to the generatescript functionality so that it also writes passwords in the generated script file
