If possible, we want a live announcement feed that will preferably sync up with the Discord "announcements" channel.

Discord recently shut down the ability to embed channels on websites. The sign-up widget is all that's possible anymore.

We would need to write something that uses the Discord API.

I think something that grabs the latest message every once in a while is possible but idk if they have an event I can listen for every time a message gets sent to the channel
