About verpatch

Verpatch is a little tool that we made long long ago for building and maintenance of Windows console applications, DLLs, kernel drivers and so on.

Besides of updating details in the version info or create a new complete version resource, it can add binary resources to executable and strip the debug information (pdb) path.

Usage instructions are in readme.txt file packed in each binary release, and in this wiki.

This utility was first published on CodeProject.

These days Visual C++ has resource editor for free, so it is no really needed; but we'll keep it here just in case.
