Second public release

This is the second public release of plain-starter.

Changes:

• Fix critical bug: shell applications stdin/stdout conflicts
• Improved documentation
• Fix small issues in the examples

These release files only contains the binary files for console and gui, and several examples of use for Lua, Tcl/Tk and Common Lisp.
