Make e2e-integration-tests consume the shared build artifact instead of rebuilding the provider and paseo runtime: depend on the build job, switch to the shared integration-tests-build cache (save-if: false), drop the explicit provider build, and download the artifact into target/release. Unify the 'Download build artifacts' comment across all three consumer jobs (integration-tests, e2e, sc-integration-tests).
sc-integration-tests downloads the build artifact but lacked the shared integration-tests-build cache, so the chain-spec script's cargo build (run by zombienet's chain_spec_command) was a full cold runtime rebuild instead of a cache no-op. Restore the cache (save-if: false) before the artifact download, matching the integration-tests and e2e consumer jobs.
Switch sc-integration-tests from zombienet to the start-e2e-chain dev node (standalone omni-node, no relay chain), driven by the matrix's chain_spec_script. Drop the now-unused zombienet cache/download steps and point the log upload at /tmp/omni-node.log.
