closes #154

  • Reduce deposit to 100th of the relay chain's (from a 10th)
  • Reduce collator session length & enable contracts pallet unstable interface (as per contracts: Reduce session length and enable unstable interfaces cumulus#1748)
  • Re-order pallets to retain the IDs from Contracts-rococo runtime (might not be needed but if anything relies on them on the Contracts testnet, this will make it transparent to migrate ... and it doesn't change anything for Trappist as they chain wasn't live before)
  • Remove Cumulus spambot (aka Cumulus ping)
