Looks good to me,
I like the name PalletRuntimeSetup as it contains the information given by the setup of the runtime. But I'm ok with PalletInfo. Maybe PalletSetup is better ?
I feel "PalletIdentity"/"PalletId" is too vague somehow :-) but anyway fine.
