binaryentools incl.wasm-opt, sincecargo-contractuses the embedded lib now. Assumes no other projects are using itcargo-contractfromcrates.ioinstalled using nightly toolchain? Perhaps a legacy thing, butcargo-contractis already installed earlier here, and we no longer build withnightly.
