Yep good point. I think the correct thing to do is change check_runtime.sh to check for runtime breaking changes since the last release branch created, not an actual release. I'll open a PR for that now. |

To unbreak the
continuous-integration/gitlab-check-runtimeon master.Eveytime we tag a new release and there are runtime breaking changes from the tag to the current master, this will block the current master (merging with bot). Would be nice to have an automated way of fixing this. cc @s3krit
