I want to set version mode to
Autofor our upgradable testnets setup, but version guards are started in this case, leading to relayer shutdown. This PR disables version guards when*-version-mode=Autois passed to relay. This PR needs to be propagated topolkadot-stagingfor next alpha relay release.
