Adds support for vm.load

Changes

• Added loadCall handler in revive-strategy/src/cheatcodes/mod.rs.
• Added a test in crates/forge/tests/cli/revive_vm.rs.
• Removed deprecated doc_auto_cfg from all files.
  • Related PR: Fix removed version numbers of doc_auto_cfg and doc_cfg_hide rust-lang/rust#147123

    The doc_auto_cfg and doc_cfg_hide features were removed in a recent nightly (by Implement RFC 3631: add rustdoc doc_cfg features rust-lang/rust#138907).
