Kurtosis is a tool for defining and building test environments. The eth2-package is a general purpose testnet definition that can be used to spin up private Ethereum testnets. It is currently in use by various parties to test and validate functionality and scale ahead of hard forks.
This PR adds a quick guide to the Reth docs on how to spin up a private testnet with a Reth client. The guide walks a user through spinning up a 2-node private testnet with Lighthouse and Teku CL clients, but supports Nimbus, Lodestar, and Prysm as well.
