Deprecates
inplaceparameter inMultiIndex.set_codesandMultiIndex.set_levels.Allowing inplace ops in indexes makes them more complicated wtr. caching etc. After
inplaceis removed,MultiIndexwill be immutable, except thenamesattribute, similarly to other index classes.
