i have a of issue of black screen my laptop specs are
windows 8.1
i3 370m @ 2.4Ghz
4gb ram
intel hd graphics 64 mb vram
it is giving me Open GL 1.4 is required but my pc has version 2.1
plz fix this ASAP

Considering you are on Windows 8.1 you shouldn't have OpenGL problems like this. Something may be wrong at your end.

  1. Solution: You need to disable Anti-virus app for installation only. It's not a virus! It patches the Intel driver and was working fine on my old Lenovo laptop with a Intel HD 3000. some minecraft installs not working under windows 10 LWJGL/lwjgl#119 (comment)
