Fix ppc64le and s390x architecture mapping in bellsoft-liberica-dependency - #1911

The BellSoft API (api.bell-sw.com) uses different architecture names than the GitHub Actions runner: - ppc64le -> ppc - s390x -> sparc arm64 -> arm mapping already existed but ppc64le and s390x were missing, causing the bellsoft-liberica-dependency action to fail with a 400 Bad Request when querying for PPC64LE or s390x releases.

Summary
The BellSoft API (api.bell-sw.com/v1/liberica/architectures) returns
["arm", "ppc", "riscv", "sparc", "x86"]as valid architectures, but thebellsoft-liberica-dependencyaction was only translatingarm64→arm, missing translations forppc64le→ppcands390x→sparc.Without this fix, any update workflow for PPC64LE or s390x dependencies fails with a 400 Bad Request from the BellSoft API because it doesn't recognize
