I started looking into making the changes to unblock bumping this, but its a hot mess. It might be a better path forward to understand (1). Can we unblock go mod updates in the buildpacks without bumping Syft? (2). Is there a better way we could set this code up such that we can avoid the labor-intensive and error prone process of updating vendored code. |
