This appears blocked on https://golang.testcontainers.org/quickstart/#2-install-testcontainers-for-go and paketo-buildpacks/packit#438.

When paketo-buildpacks/packit#438 is merged and released, I suggest closing this PR and rerunning the Go Get Update workflow to make sure go get -u -t ./... is run on latest main. Then add the replace directive found in https://golang.testcontainers.org/quickstart/#2-install-testcontainers-for-go and run go mod tidy and add that commit to the new PR.
