Crucible changes: Per client, queue-based backpressure (#1186) A builder for the Downstairs Downstairs struct. Before, an incremental build of Sled Agent (touch
lib.rs, then runcargo build --timings) looked like this:After this PR, the rebuild looks like this:

This significantly reduces incremental re-build times, by avoiding re-building Nexus when poking at the sled agent.
