After preparing doc stuff in the ocis repo, these are the basic changes for 7.3 (Balch)
Note that this PR currently DOES NOT CONTAIN any content changes coming from ocis. There are issues for this in this repo that need to be fixed and backported.
When this PR is merged, we can start creating a 7.3 branch and prepare the releasing process in the docs repo.
