Deprecation notice on PHP 8

Hi, the following deprecation warning is triggered on PHP 8:

Deprecated: uksort(): Returning bool from comparison function is deprecated, return an integer less than, equal to, or greater than zero in /app/vendor/overblog/graphql-bundle/src/Config/Processor/InheritanceProcessor.php on line 89

Using v0.13.5.

This was actually fixed in 2a97706 back in July 2020, but this commit is on master only and not part of any tag. Any reason why?

Checking the .appveyor.yml in dev-0.13 (currently same on master) it only tests against php 7.4, however the php requirement in composer.json is "">=7.2".
Also looks like travis is not used anymore (.travis,yml has been removed), it previously checked different php versions.

The question is: is 1.3 even supposed to be php 8.0 compatible? I mean nothing speaks against the fix, but if its not tested, any minor update that adds something invalid in 8.0 would evtl. break stuff.

@BenMorel we added support to php 8.0 from 0.14-dev but we can patch existing maintained versions from 0.11 if needed. Do you want to provide this patch for 0.11 branch ? Then I will merge it in 0.12 and 0.13.

@mcg-web Fixed in #865, targeting 0.12 as the uksort() call did not exist in 0.11.

Was there any updates on this by chance? ... currently on v0.13.6 (latest) and PHPUnit 9 is failing due to the bundle having this deprecation error :(
Any chance a patch-release could be put out with the fix?
