bun create blank ./folder doesn't sound right (alternatives: bun c new bun c empty bun c typescript)
and do we want this over bun init?

The original PR that added blank was https://github.com/Jarred-Sumner/bun/pull/289 . The discussion reads as if the goal were to create a blank starter (something that users could use). The publish and bun create integration would have "just worked" when that PR was merged if the package.json name were @bun-examples/blank.

If the name is not finalized, new and ts are shorter alternatives.
