Include hardened artifacts in prefetch.
scripts/prefetch-deps.ts Lines 42-62 enumerate WebKit variants without hardened: true. Prefetch therefore omits the artifact selected here. An offline hardened build cannot use that prefetch result. Add the supported GNU x64 release variants to the prefetch enumeration.

Update the default WebKit pin before selecting hardened prebuilts.
With --hardened=on --webkit=prebuilt, this suffix selects a hardened tarball. The PR objectives report that the current WEBKIT_VERSION returns 404 for that tarball. A default prebuilt hardened build therefore stops at the download. Update the pin to a release that contains both supported hardened variants.

🔴 Maintainers get a new build option with no automated coverage, although the repo already has configure-level test harnesses this change could extend. The PR adds the assert at scripts/build/config.ts:1082-1086, the -hardened tarball suffix and the rustflag, but no test file; verification is manual. Fix: add tests in the same PR that pin (a) the rejected combinations through resolveConfig (debug, asan, assertions, fuzzilli, musl, arm64) and the accepted ones, (b) the two tarball names via prebuiltUrl, (c) hardeningFlags present and -fno-stack-protector absent in computeFlags, and (d) -Zstack-protector=strong in cargoBuildInvocation when hardened. [also at: scripts/build/deps/webkit.ts:73 - Maintainers get a new build option with no automated test, though the repo already has configure-time tests for exactly these functions.]
Why this was flagged
The diff touches scripts/build/config.ts, scripts/build/flags.ts, scripts/build/deps/webkit.ts and scripts/build/rust.ts and adds no file under test/. Existing harnesses already exercise exactly these seams: test/internal/source-lints/webkit-prebuilt-url.test.ts:84-108 asserts prebuilt tarball names per config through resolveConfig and prebuiltUrl, test/internal/source-lints/build-rust.test.ts:84 resolves configs for rustflags, and test/internal/build-cli-config-flags.test.ts covers configFlags. The repository review rules state every behavioral change ships an automated test in the same PR and that manual verification does not count; the PR description's verification section is entirely manual. On the base branch there is no hardened option so nothing is uncovered; after merge a later edit to prebuiltSuffix at scripts/build/deps/webkit.ts:59-75 or to the assert could silently pick the wrong tarball or stop rejecting an unsupported combination without any test failing.
Verification: Triggered on every merge of this PR as-is. git diff 2d6d4454 HEAD --stat lists exactly five files and nothing under test/. The change adds the configure assert at scripts/build/config.ts:1082-1086. Consequence: the rejected-combination guard, the tarball name, the -fno-stack-protector exclusion, and the rustflag have no regression coverage, so a later edit can silently break any of them.

🟡 nit (optional): On a clang whose vendor config already predefines _FORTIFY_SOURCE to another value (e.g. a distro hardened clang.cfg with =3), --hardened=on fails bun's own C++ compile with a macro-redefined error, where the base built fine. The list at scripts/build/flags.ts:86 adds -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 with no preceding undefine, and bun's sources are compiled with -Werror (flags.ts:754), so clang's -Wmacro-redefined for the second command-line -D becomes an error. Fix: pin the level independent of the toolchain default by emitting -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE immediately before -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 in hardeningFlags, which also covers the local-WebKit copy (deps/webkit.ts:263) since it spreads the same array.
Why this was flagged
A developer on a distribution whose clang 23.1.x reads a vendor config file that passes -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=3 (Gentoo's hardened clang-common config is the known case; tools.ts:382 accepts any 23.1.x clang) runs bun bd --profile=release --hardened=on. hardeningFlags at scripts/build/flags.ts:84-90 is spread into globalFlags at flags.ts:426 and into bun's own cflags via computeFlags (flags.ts:1886); it contains a bare -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2. clang then sees two command-line definitions of _FORTIFY_SOURCE with different values and emits warning: '_FORTIFY_SOURCE' macro redefined [-Wmacro-redefined]; bun's own sources are compiled with -Werror (bunOnlyFlags, flags.ts:754), so every bun TU fails to compile. On the base branch no -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE is passed, so that toolchain compiles bun without error. The existing -fno-stack-protector pin (flags.ts:415-424) protects the stack-protector flag against the same class of vendor defaults but nothing does so for the define.
Verification: Triggers only when --hardened=on is built with a clang whose driver config file injects a bare -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=<N≠2>. hardeningFlags (scripts/build/flags.ts:84-90) contains a bare "-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2" with no preceding -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE, and bunOnlyFlags adds plain -Werror on unix (flags.ts:754). Every bun C/C++ unit fails to compile in that environment while the non-hardened build still succeeds.
