`.getEntry(key).?` forces an optional unwrap on `HashMap.getEntry`'s `?Entry` result — panics when the key is absent (e.g., removed by an earlier callback dispatch). Backed by oven-sh/bun#14606 (H2 stream handling: forced unwrap after callback could remove the stream id from the map). Tier 1, paren-balanced forward scan. config.zig [100]→[101].
