Adds a standalone PWA manifest, registers a network-only no-stale service worker, updates runtime guard tests, and includes generated route tree changes.\n\nValidation:\n- pnpm exec vitest run src/routes/-root-runtime-guards.test.ts\n- pnpm build\n- Deployed locally on VPS via PM2 restart\n
