RULES OF THE GAME

A round is a periode of time currently it is set to be 30 days
During the round, any address that exits the lock, gets back all BUT ONE coin from their piggybank.
At the end of every round all addresses that did not put one coin in their piggybank loose one coin.
All the coins collected during the round are distributed to the addresses that have put ONE coin during the round.
The distribution of the coins is proportional to the users piggybank (the reward function might change to )
