I hadn't really planned on it - some days I kinda feel like this index already has too much in it already.

I figured since I added fediverse in #670 , I might as well add support for instagram and tiktok too.

I'm not going add the resources though, I'd prefer for the people running these accounts to decide for themselves whether these are things they are want to include in this index.
