Adds support for YAML repositories while keeping JSON repositories supported. Uses ruamel.yaml to load and dump the repositories.
I tried to use ruamel without any configuration but it was messing up the YAML, I had to play around with the width and then indentation quite a bit in order to get it right for YAML that conforms to yamllint.
