As of today, the Oracle Linux documentation section describing drgn has been split off into its own chapter. There are soft redirects, but update the links here so they point to the relevant content. Signed-off-by: Stephen Brennan <[email protected]>
Oracle Linux 8 & 9 now provide drgn for newer Python versions too. Add this to the README. Signed-off-by: Stephen Brennan <[email protected]>

Also as of today, there are
python3.11-drgnandpython3.12-drgnpackages on OL 8 and 9, so I added a brief mention that it should be possible to install drgn for newer Python versions.
