… on PROVISIONED Adopt Model B: express provisioning progress as staged reason/message on the existing PROVISIONED condition (fixed stage vocabulary, furthest-advanced wins) plus terminal READY, mirroring the CaaS OSAC-4441 pattern. Drops the new phase-array proto/CRD fields, enums, and finalizer handshake. - Reserve CONFIGURATION_APPLIED for day-2 (out of the progress surface). - Defer deprovisioning progress entirely to a follow-up. - Move DoD osac-project#3 (durable ordered per-phase timeline / event / log view) to a follow-up. - Update the PRD for whole-folder consistency with Model B.
