Can not install zeus-cli

When I was installed CLI on Windows，I got these

I have already ·npm cache clean --force· and delete C:\Users\Administrator\.npmrc
What should I do?

1. There are some permission issues on your machine. To make sure your shell has actual admin rights run fsutil dirty query c: and see if it doesn't tell you that the access is denied.
2. Then try reinstalling node.js and npm.
3. Also, you're having trouble installing one of the dependencies so you should check the guide for it here: https://sharp.pixelplumbing.com/install
4. In case there's a shell issue you can try running the commands inside both, a cmd and the power shell and see if there's any difference.
