Same here, although I totally could believe I've hit the limit of 2000 action minutes... but "Usage this month" under "Billing and plans"/"Plans and usage" shows ... 0 usage. At all. Which is also impossible. |

Experiencing the same error in multiple public repositories (for example, https://github.com/crowdin/github-action/actions) However, the last payment was successful and the current usage of GitHub Actions does not exceed 3000 minutes. |

Having this issue, too. Tried all of the self help options and jobs are still being denied. Hello, @gmondello! My issue is still not fixed, and it's been more than a month ago since my workflows started failing. Additionally, there was no response from the GitHub support team for more than a month. However, I may have discovered something that may help in the investigation. It seems that this issue only affected the main Aptivi organization, as other organizations like Aptivi-LPT seemed to have their workflows run successfully. We have exactly the same issue as others are reporting. We are in a github enterprise trial and have no issues with billing and budgets are not accessible in the trial, therefore no limit set by us to prevent the actions from running. This is silly, why would it tell us the specific part thats broken? Ive updated billing, ive paid subscription, ive increased budgets to $100, ive updated payment address. this issue literally just started happening |
