Reapplication process for teacher benefits sucks (sorry) [updated] #144066

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to extend my teacher benefits. For some reason, I'm only offered the “take photo” option - but both my iMac and iPhone cameras can't seem to take a sharp enough picture of my badge/card :( What now? There is no longer any support, you are automatically rejected using the provided support-links. There used to be an option to upload a scan. But that no longer seems to be possible. What a pity. Doesn't Microsoft/GitHub realize that they are alienating people who are spreading the word? Sorry for the rant. Does anyone have a solution? |

Update 16 November 2024: The GitHub team responded and made some changes to the web UI. I was able to upload a photo from the hard drive today (without having to take a live photo via the front camera). So this rant is no longer relevant. |
