My github account (https://github.com/AnLaVN) was suspended suddenly and without any notice, which has seriously affected my work.
I submitted a support ticket through Github's support page but it's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received any response or support.

My entire work has been suspended and my repositories are no longer accessible. There is no way to restore or at least what caused this terrible situation from github, which makes me worried about my future creations if this situation continues.

I have read and found that not only me but many people out there are also facing the same situation as me, I don't know how github allows this to happen so often, are we using the free plan and not worthy of their support as businesses?

How can I track my ticket (2942666) when I can't log in, I can't figure out how to use github tickets. I had to create this temporary account to ask for help from the community, a last ditch effort to bring life to the suspended account.

It seems that only paid accounts are restored and even they have to wait a long time, and free accounts like us will probably never be able to access again, I am even more worried because github's policy only allows 60 days to appeal.

They have been investigating suspicious activity and account hijacking. As a security measure, they have placed restrictions on some accounts to combat this. Don't lose hope, it took them some time but they are reviewing every support ticket. Hopefully, you will get access too!

Same here, apparently just connecting CoPilot in VSCode will trigger some bug in their violation screening and get accounts suspended, it happened to a new account I created, yge2020, just for trying CoPilot. How ridiculous, this is technically fraudulent business practice, we need to report them to the BBB.

Man, that sucks. I had a similar issue with GitHub where my account got suspended, and it felt like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of response. Social media can sometimes help—try tweeting at them or something. Also, double-check your spam folder for any missed emails.

how you get it, how long you was wait for it ???, i was wait for 3 months but still suspended , :(((

submit a support ticket from the working git account, and they will reply to the working one.
don't forget to mention the ticket number you've submitted and the suspended account email username
after they might cloth the ticket and tell you you should submit it from the infected account but you will reopen that and tell them " you've submitted but no reply after and tell them all about how this suspension affected your business and how long you've waited" after few discussion they lifted the suspension.
