Description of issue

920364ca878b10caeaafb64c5a4a73b23d3b4a93 introduced Library/Homebrew/cmake/trap_fetchcontent_provider.cmake, which is included in all CMake builds and calls cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.24), which inadvertently enables CMake policy CMP0107, which breaks the OpenEXR build that relies on deprecated CMake behavior.

@alebcay: Did you realize, when you added the call to cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.24), that you would be breaking packages that rely on deprecated behavior?

No, I wasn't aware. Removing the cmake_minimum_version line still seems to accomplish the desired effect, so proposed a fix in Homebrew/brew#17448.
