Description of issue

In sqitchers/homebrew-sqitch#62 I learned that --without-* flags no longer work. In fairness I removed the postgresql and mysql dependencies in sqitchers/homebrew-sqitch@8167e40, but it still depends on sqlite, among others, and --without-sqlite no longer works, either:

❯ brew install sqitch --with-sqlite-support --without-sqlite

Error: invalid option: --without-sqlite
Did you mean?  with-sqlite-support

I presume the --without-* flags removed, so I'd have to add my own replacements, yes? When did this happen?

Homebrew core dropped support for options in 2018 of I remember correctly.

Thanks. Wild that no one complained to me about it until this year. Must not be used that often. Will try just removing documentation of them, and if people end up really needing not to install certain dependencies, I'll add explicit options to prevent them.
