Expose XML interface

The package was primarily geared towards showing how to work with PList files. With this update it is easier to work with regular XML files.

Basic working version

This version works but does not have great error messages or feedback. Also not all XML is supported but that is intentional. This package is never meant to support the parsing of all XML files. It is for people with basic XML needs who want a simple and easy to understand package.
