This issue tracks the implementation of platform parameters to gate the functionality of performance metrics collection. It also tracks the implementation of parameter flags for configuring the time intervals of metric collection and upload to remote service.

  • Feature gating
  • time interval for log upload
  • time interval for frequent metric collection
  • time interval for regular metric collection
