Description of the change:
As a follow on to #1612, this PR changes the timestamps in the go mod scaffolds for
k8s.io/apiandk8s.io/apimachineryso that GOPROXY can be used when building scaffolded projects.Motivation for the change:
Oddly, when
GOPROXY=https://proxy.golang.orgthe e2e tests on master fail with an error about an invalid module version:For some reason, without GOPROXY set,
go buildaccepts both old and new version strings.
