Relocate the OperatorHub CRD manifest from openshift/api so that its marketplace capability annotation is respected. - Add the OperatorHub CRD manifest to SLO manifests - Add make rules to write schema patches from the OperatorHub Go struct in openshift/api (see https://github.com/openshift/api#generating-crd-schemas) - Vendor openshift/build-machinery-go (in support of the new make rules) Signed-off-by: Nick Hale <njohnhale@gmail.com>
