Add the
Operatorresource underoperators.coreos.com/v2alpha1as the first part in a series of PRs to implement the enhancement to simplify OLM's APIs.This PR also makes some decisions about the layout of this repo, mainly that directories containing versioned and unversioned types for API groups live directly under the repo root. This structure is taken from the Kubernetes API staging repo.
