I'll recline this if @arp456 create pull request for this, but I think it's worth make a pull request anyway as its fixes long lasting problem for mt7610e 's weak TX power.

Applied a reworked version of that patch. Tested on Archer C20i

At least fix problem on DIR-510L with 5GHz: clients most times can not connect.

but current code base does not have these changes.
