Unlimited nproc on k8s cluster caused hundreds of threads to be spawn and eventually killed. Not only it cause test failures, it also impact neighbor's jobs. Adaptive nproc resolves this and similar OOM failures. Signed-off-by: Alexey Rivkin <arivkin@nvidia.com>

PR openucx#11161 introduced an adaptive NPROC cap in common.sh to avoid OOM on k8s nodes where `nproc` reports the full host. Two Jenkins-invoked spots still called `nproc` directly; switch them to ${NPROC} so they honor the cap. Signed-off-by: Alexey Rivkin <arivkin@nvidia.com>

Add GTest job to Jenkins CI (ucx-test-github / ucx-test-gitlab).
Why?
