It looks like this fails on a lot of deps. Do we need to get this in compliance somehow?

@dmihalcik-virtru I completely missed your comment. We can revert this next week. My understanding of our compliance requirements:

  1. Virtru needs to ensure DSP can be built upon OpenTDF
  2. Customers of DSP are reassured that they have a clean supply chain

What this means in terms of the licenses we allow, I'm not sure.
