Resource-mapping list command returns an empty list

Running command "policy resource-mapping list" returns a successful empty output while adding a --json returns the expected output. See the attached screenshot for a sample output of both. The service is provisioned using a provided sample policy.

I am able to "get" successful output from a guid using the standard output. See the screenshot for a sample output
