Enhancement: SCS prune functionality #235
Description
When unblocked by completion of opentdf/platform#1178, the CLI should support a prune subcommand that calls the new DeleteUnmapped Subject Condition Sets RPC to remove any SCSs not referenced on Subject Mappings.
