confusing `NOTE` after running creating a namesapce

Namespace resources live under policy attributes subcommands but when you create a new namespace the note tells you to just run namespace get --id=uuid to get that namespace.

I think this should probably be the full subcommand path to namespaces.

I'd like to sync with y'all on namespaces. Originally, they were only intended for attributes, but its looking more and more like they are should be related to all policy objects. This way policy can be shared and namespaces are the object that binds it all.

I agree with this. The original proto spec had namespace (and some other properties like version) as part of the common proto attached to all objects. That was viewed as too heavy weight and removed as implementation started
