Add e2e-metal-assisted to cvo release-4.6

e2e-metal-assisted was added to cvo master which was duplicated to ongoing release-4.7, and release-4.8 on #13384

We would like to add this option to run from release-4.6 as well for openshift/cluster-version-operator#480.
