This reverts commit 8e0a9d2. We need to ship ostreedev/ostree-rs-ext#58 before we can do this.

i am not sure how soon we can ship ostreedev/ostree-rs-ext#58 but for now , the rhcos pipeline is using cosa 4.8, so really this should not be an issue.But i leave this up to you. |

I think we should switch rhcos 4.9 to use cosa latest. |
