BTW, this did correctly skip the crio.base test in my local tests

Huh, this memory issue appears to be affecting all of our openshift/os Prow jobs - #593 (comment)

This is just disabling a test, so should be OK. I'm working on debugging CI in #594

kola-denylist: use string instead of list for tracker

I strongly believe that I tested the use of a list in the denylist as
part of openshift#595, but evidence says otherwise.
